Architectural Application
Architectural applications are to be completed and submitted before exterior projects may begin - this includes but is not limited to fences, decks, pools, garages, and sheds.
In addition to the completed application, please also include a copy of your plot plan showing where the structure will be located on your lot with dimensions.
Currently, architectural applications are reviewed and approved by Christopher Smith of Manor House.
Please email Christopher Smith with the completed forms (application, plot plan showing dimensions of the structure, and any plans for the project if applicable).
